Return & Exchange Policy

We here, at Modern Glamor, hand pick every item that is sold from our website. We take great pride in providing our clients with the very best, and we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to accommodate within the guidelines of our policy.

Furniture

  • Furniture orders may be exchanged or cancelled if items have not yet been shipped. Once items have been shipped, changes or cancellations will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to return shipping cost.
  • Returns or exchanges must be made within thirty (30) days, unless stated otherwise, of delivery.
  • We do not refund shipping charges or return shipping charges on any items.

Shipping

  • We will ship your order using a fast, safe and reliable methods. Every item on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping process in order to provide you with the best delivery experience.
  • When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier, as most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. If anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment, be sure to contact us.
  • All payments must be made in US dollars.
  • At this time, we ship only to locations inside of the United States. Hawaii and Alaska orders require extra charges.

Delivery Charges for Furniture

  • Although most items are in stock at the time of purchase, some items may require a 4-10 week lead-time before shipping. If that is the case, this information will be sent to you as soon as we receive you order. You are free to email us regarding lead-time on any product at info@modernglamor.com.
  • Most furniture and heavier pieces require delivery by a freight company due to size and weight. Once you have placed your order, we will notify you of the approximate delivery date for your area.
  • Standard shipping on freight items does not include installation. The items will be delivered to your front door or curb only. Most of these larger freight items require scheduling in order for them to be delivered; you will receive a call if your items require this service. If you’d like additional help, most freight companies offer a White Glove Delivery Service for an added charge.
  • White Glove Service consists of bringing the item into your home and placing it in the location of your choice. If the item needs to be placed upstairs, they will to that too. They will assemble the item for you. They will remove all crate and packing material after installation. Once you have placed your order and request White Glove Service, we will be able to provide you with a quote.

Custom Orders

  • No returns will be accepted for custom items unless item is received damaged or defective. Proof of damage or defection must be provided within three (3) days of delivery.

Vintage Items

  • All vintage and one of a kind items are sold “As Is” and are final sale.

Color & Finish

  • Due to the uniqueness of many of the materials used in our products, the color, finish, and dye lot may vary on individual items. Exposure to light and temperature changes may also affect the condition of certain items over time.

Damages

  • If you receive an item that arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt to check for damages. All damage claims MUST be received within three (3) days of receipt of item. Please save all packaging until the claim is settled.

  • Furniture items must be properly packaged and received without damage (or further damages). Please allow one to two (1-2) weeks, after receipt of the item, for your return or exchange to process.

Jewelry and Home Décor

We want you to be completely happy with your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept your timely return of unworn or unused merchandise.
